Managing the massive brand integration of a $6 billion acquisition.
Kirsten managed the brand integration strategy and execution of Xerox’s $6 billion acquisition of ACS. She was responsible for managing client and technology teams globally, oversight of all stakeholder interviews, brand audit, rearchitecting, content development, creative execution and launch.
In less than nine months, audited hundreds of websites and related collateral, interviewed key stakeholders across ACS, developed the brand integration strategy, developed content and designed over 1000 pages of collateral, corporate website and 12 Line-of-business sites. Kirsten worked with development teams in Bangalore, created developer specification guide, managed the refresh of the CMS templates and execution of all online properties.
