Kirsten identified an opportunity and collaborated with the Chief Human Resource Officer and Head of Diversity & Inclusion to develop a strategy for an enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion recruiting campaign. She oversaw all stakeholder interviews and on-site video and still shoots. Managed creative development, execution, media plans and campaign analytics.
The campaign – If you stand out, you’ll fit right in – focused on the diverse backgrounds of employees from entry level to C-Suite and expanded the traditional definition of diversity to include single parents, veterans and others. Following the success of the campaign two function-specific extensions were developed for highly sought-after Risk and IT candidates.
